2. Products & Services

Killa Printz specialises in custom and personalised products including, but not limited to:

• Custom apparel
• Stickers
• Lightboxes
• Drinkware
• Signs
• Personalised gifts
• Other printed and manufactured products

As many of our products are handmade or made to order, slight variations in colour, size, finish, or placement may occur.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, production may begin immediately.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

• All names, text, artwork, sizes, colours, and order details are correct before checkout.
• Uploaded artwork is of suitable quality for printing.
• Any spelling or design approvals are accurate.

Killa Printz is not responsible for errors that have been approved or supplied by the customer.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

6. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, order size, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping timeframes provided by postal or courier services are estimates and are outside the control of Killa Printz.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

7. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, logos, designs, or images, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to use the artwork, or
• You have permission from the copyright or trademark owner.

Killa Printz accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork supplied by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material where permission cannot be verified.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

As most products are custom made, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers remain entitled to applicable remedies for faulty or defective products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Killa Printz is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss.
• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
• Customer-supplied artwork, spelling, or design errors.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased where permitted by law.
