Thank you for shopping with Killa Printz. We take pride in producing high-quality custom products and aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are made to order and require production before they are shipped.
Estimated production times are:
- Custom T-Shirts: 3–5 business days
- Stickers: 2–5 business days
- Lightboxes: 5–10 business days
- Other custom products: Production times may vary depending on the item and order quantity.
During busy periods, sales events, or public holidays, production times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted Australian postal or courier services.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Queensland: 1–4 business days
- Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas: 3–10 business days
These delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location, weather events, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
You can use your tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress through the carrier's tracking system.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Killa Printz is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Killa Printz within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A brief description of the damage.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Killa Printz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped together or separately depending on production schedules and stock availability.
