Killa Printz – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Killa Printz, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Please read our returns policy before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Products
As the majority of our products are custom-made or personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds if:
- You change your mind after placing your order.
- You ordered the wrong size, colour, design, or product.
- You supplied incorrect spelling, artwork, images, or information.
- The finished product matches the proof or artwork you approved.
Please double-check all details before completing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem and the packaging (if applicable).
Once we have reviewed your claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Print Variations
Minor variations in colour, placement, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and manufacturing methods. These minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services after your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Returns
Returns must be authorised by Killa Printz before any items are sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
